This memorandum is to inform you of an important update issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that may affect your current or upcoming immigration application.
๐ข USCIS ANNOUNCES NEW FILING FEES
On July 18, 2025, USCIS announced revised filing fees in accordance with the H.R. 1 Reconciliation Bill. These new fees apply to a wide range of immigration benefit requests.

Effective Date:
Applications postmarked on or after July 22, 2025, must include the new, increased filing fees.Transition Cut-Off:
USCIS will reject any application postmarked after August 21, 2025, if the correct new fee is not included.

If your application has not yet been mailed, it is crucial to verify that the correct fee has been included.
