This memorandum is to inform you of an important update issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that may affect your current or upcoming immigration application.

📢 USCIS ANNOUNCES NEW FILING FEES

On July 18, 2025, USCIS announced revised filing fees in accordance with the H.R. 1 Reconciliation Bill. These new fees apply to a wide range of immigration benefit requests.

🗓️ KEY DATES

  • Effective Date:
    Applications postmarked on or after July 22, 2025, must include the new, increased filing fees.

  • Transition Cut-Off:
    USCIS will reject any application postmarked after August 21, 2025, if the correct new fee is not included.

  • If you are in the process of submitting a petition or application, your case may be affected by the new fees.

  • If your application has not yet been mailed, it is crucial to verify that the correct fee has been included.

  • Incorrect or outdated fee payments may result in rejection or delay of your application.
